The McKinley Church & Foundation, in partnership with Garden Hills Elementary School, will provide Thanksgiving baskets for families who are food insecure throughout Champaign and Urbana. This year we have requests for more baskets than ever before. The Foundation has committed to giving out 50 plus baskets and needs your help to achieve this goal. The baskets contain an entire Thanksgiving Meal.
As a guide, $25 will provide a turkey and $55 will provide an entire basket for one family. Please follow this link to donate online. If paying by check, please make them out to the McKinley Foundation. Distribution of baskets will take place on November 18.
