The McKinley Church & Foundation in partnership with Garden Hills Elementary School will provide Thanksgiving baskets for families who are food insecure throughout Champaign and Urbana. Food baskets, each containing items for an entire Thanksgiving meal, will be distributed on Monday, November 23.
Please consider making a donation of any amount to the McKinley Foundation. As a guide, $25 will provide a turkey and $55 will provide an entire basket for one family. Know anyone who could use a basket? Contact Jennifer Wetzel to suggest recipients who might benefit from this program.
