Position Title: Director of Campus Ministry
Status: Full-time / Exempt
Function: The McKinley Foundation is seeking a full-time Director of Campus Ministry to organize and provide outreach and ministry for the McKinley Foundation at the University of Illinois. Expanding upon the history of the program, the Director of Campus Ministry will partner with its student leaders, Board of Directors, and the larger McKinley community to build a vibrant, progressive, faith-based community of university students fully inclusive of all races, gender identifications, LGBTQ+ students and allies, nationalities, abilities, socio-economic statuses, and religious backgrounds.
Organizational Relationship: The Director of Campus Ministry reports to the Executive Director of the McKinley Foundation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and interest in exploring vocational ministry required, Master of Divinity preferred
- Passion for working with a college student population and embracing issues related to social justice.
- Proficiency with current computer applications for word processing, database, email, and social media.
- Excellent communication, administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to relate effectively and work collaboratively with staff, church members, community representatives, and students.
- Prior successful experience with campus ministry preferred.
Salary Range: $48,000 to $55,000
