Battery Recycling
The newest Green Team initiative is battery recycling. Bring in your used batteries and place them in the canister located at the front desk inside the McKinley lobby.
- Please tape all rechargeable batteries and lithium batteries, including lithium button cell batteries with non-conductive tape.
- Alkaline (single-use) batteries, non-lithium button cell batteries, NiMH, NiCad, and Zinc Air do NOT need to be taped.
- No drill batteries.
- No lead acid batteries.
